Applying advantages of the breath

When I feel stressed, I like to breathe with longer outward breaths.  Start with an inward breath for 2 counts and the outward breath a little longer at 4 counts.  Breathe in through your nose, out through your nose and notice the air as it flows in and out of the nostrils, enjoy.
