In meetings or handovers

Pay attention to your breath, then pay attention to the feeling of your feet on the floor (when standing) or the feeling of the seat beneath you (when sitting). Notice the feeling of the surface you are standing or sitting on and how that surface interacts with your body. Notice the sensations in your body and notice your breath.
