Mind body mission – 7 days

In this mission, you will extend your awareness of the stress cycle and practice new ways of breaking the stress cycle and reducing stress. You will choose one of the learnings and one resource introduced in this course to apply each day. This can be the same or different each day.   

 You might like to choose an awareness learning such as identifying sources of stress and apply a new lens. You might like to become more aware of the unconscious mirror contagion and apply the ladder of inference. You might like to increase your awareness of what you are feeling in your body and apply state management. Choose whatever feels right to you.

Day 1

Choose one of the learnings and one resource introduced to apply. This might be; identifying sources of stress, the unconscious mirror contagion, the ladder of inference, applying new lenses, PoP, SAM, the problem-solving wheel, social support, or state management.
