Mindfulness eating a berry expands on your conscious awareness, starting with your breath then moving to eating using a berry and really noticing in the moment the sensations and any thoughts that may come into your awareness. This short mindfulness is an opportunity to increase awareness of the sensations in your body and learn more about being present, in the moment when eating.
Before commencing – Ensure you have a berry of any kind, this might be a strawberry, a blueberry or a raspberry, any of these berries will be alright.
