Mindfulness mission

Your mindfulness mission is for you to extend your mindfulness practice. You will choose a mindfulness practice each day, it can be the same or different. Most important is that you choose and practice easily integrating mindfulness into life and care.

Read below to commence your mindfulness mission, enjoy. 

Preparation

Considering the mindfulness learned throughout this course: facilitating mindfulness, mindfulness body scan, mindful eating a berry, mindfulness movement, mindfulness observation and facilitating mindfulness moments.  

  1. Choose one mindfulness activity to practice each day spending 60 seconds, 3 minutes, 6 minutes or more each day to facilitate mindfulness and presence.  
  2. Before you commence, identify through using the mission image for the day what part of the image best represents where you are in that moment.
  3. Facilitate the chosen mindfulness practice 
  4. Capture what stood out, what was noticed or what surprised in your workbook.
