Mindfulness movement is paying attention consciously and on purpose, to a movement or a flow of movements in your body. This may be noticing the movement in your body as you breathe or as you move a part of your body, such as your arm, or your foot, your jaw, hand or leg.

Paying attention to the feeling of the movement surprised me, I noticed how much of movement and other things occurs unconsciously.
