Mindfulness process

Mindfulness from its eastern origins and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), is about observing one’s experiences in a way that emphasises clarity and calm. It is about being present within your mind and body without judgement or expectation.

The process of mindfulness involves systematically expanding one’s awareness of the breath, body and the mind. It involves paying attention and noticing feelings, sensations, thoughts and being in the moment.
