Sleep hygiene and sleep checklist

There may be a single or multiple factors contributing to one’s inability to sleep. Some of these include: ongoing insufficient sleep, stress, workload, caffeine, over thinking, a large meal before bed, use of devices such as computers, phones and tablets before bed, shift work, pain and ill health.

Building consistent sleep hygiene practices including a before-bed routine has been reported to improve sleep.
