Walking

When walking, start by paying attention to your breath, then notice the sounds around you, expand your awareness to notice the smell in the air or you might like to expand your awareness by noticing the feeling of the air on your face or the sensation and movement of the feet as you walk. Whatever you choose, simply notice without judgement or expectation.
