Lenses

Sometimes in life we can get in the habit of looking through a single lens, responding automatically, unconsciously, assuming or judging based on what we see in the single lens. When we take a moment to pause, observe, become more present, you can apply new lenses, seeing more, viewing things in new ways, experiencing and breaking the automatic nature of everyday habits.

In this element, you will apply the Power of Pause (PoP), a quick technique to pause and reset. You will learn and apply new lenses, situation awareness and management (SAM) and the problem solving wheel. You will reflect and share your experiences.
