In this element, you will learn about state management. A ‘state’ being an emotion or emotional response in the body and mind. Examples of states might be; happy, sad, confident, peaceful, calm, motivated, angry, afraid, frustrated or elated. Our emotional states occur unconsciously and consciously, increasing awareness and learning how to facilitate a resourceful state can transform experiences.
