Sleep meditation activity

Take some time to practice the sleep meditation to improve your sleep experience.  When you have facilitated the sleep meditation, capture your experience on page 13, activity 20 of your workbook. 

Meditation practices have been reported to integrate brain functions and regulate various physiological mechanisms, improving physical, emotional wellbeing and sleep.
