Welcome to Finding Stillness, where you will explore and practice self-care whilst caring for others and in everyday life. There is strong evidence across the literature highlighting the absence of self-care has a positive correlation with Compassion Fatigue.
This means when we are not taking care of ourselves emotionally, physically, or socially that balancing care, life, family, and other priorities become more difficult. When this occurs we are more vulnerable to increased stress and compassion fatigue.
This element is all about finding stillness in a way that fits naturally into everyday life and care. Enjoy.
